What technical support is provided?
The support available depends on which Edition of the Editor you have purchased:

Lite Edition: There is no free product support for the Lite Edition, but help is available from the BNE Helpcentre, or by telephone. A charge is made for telephone support per incidence.

Professional Edition: You are entitled to 60 days free technical help by email, fax, mail, and phone or from the BNE Helpcentre. After the 60 day period has expired you can get help by from the website, by subscribing to an annual maintenance agreement or by telephone. If you do not subscribe to the annual maintenance agreement a charge is made for telephone support per incidence.
